About The Job We are looking for a Team Leader to help support our business in Calgary. The successful candidate must have a positive driving abstract and be able to provide as such. Responsibilities And Duties
• Responsible for overseeing the Security Team.
• Scheduling.
• Evaluate and document employees' performance and provide feedback to Skanna Management.
• Reports directly to Skanna Management and the client.
• Perform Health & Safety Audits and report any issues to Skanna Management and the client.
• Perform daily audits to ensure Guards are doing their assignments correctly.
• Ensure all security staff is fully capable of handling emergency evacuation plans. Requirements
• Valid Alberta Security Guard License.
• College degree or higher qualification.
• Must have own vehicle.
• Flexibility to work all shifts including nights and weekends as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service with demonstrated experience. Benefits
