Full-Time We're a high-producing Calgary real estate team looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented person to help take our business to the next level. This is more than an administrative role. We're looking for someone who enjoys building systems, managing a CRM, keeping client databases organized, coordinating transactions, supporting marketing, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Responsibilities include: ✔️ CRM & client database management ✔️ Transaction coordination ✔️ Client follow-up systems ✔️ Social media & marketing support ✔️ Website updates ✔️ Process improvement & organization ✔️ Administrative support We're looking for someone who:
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented
• Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment




• Has robust computer and communication skills
• Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems
• Has experience with CRM systems (real estate experience is an asset)
