Role DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified, experienced Spanish Language Instructor to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate is passionate about language education and skilled at delivering engaging, communicative lessons tailored to different ages and proficiency levels.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver interactive Spanish lessons to children, teens, and/or adults, from beginner to advanced levels.
• Follow the academy's established curriculum while adapting instruction to students' learning needs.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Incorporate educational technology and cultural resources into lessons.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment and collaborate with the academic team. Required Qualifications




• Recognized Spanish teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of Spanish teaching experience.
• Native Spanish proficiency (C2).
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1).
• Knowledge of ACTFL and CEFR proficiency frameworks and communicative language teaching methodologies.
• Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning platforms.
• Robust classroom management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Availability to teach on-site in Oakville, Ontario. Preferred Qualifications
• Degree in Education, Languages, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Experience teaching different age groups, including children, teens, adults, or professionals.
