Protect retail assets with Securiguard as an Asset Protection Security Guard using surveillance and strong situational awareness. Work across Niagara Falls and/or St. Catharines sites.

This customer-focused security role requires at least one year of experience in retail, government, healthcare, or respite shelters. You will identify theft, fraud, and security breaches while supporting a safe environment for staff and customers. The position emphasizes observation, communication, reporting, and lawful enforcement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine surveillance to identify and prevent security breaches
- Patrol premises and interact with customers and employees
- Investigate suspicious activities and review CCTV footage




- Prepare skilled daily and incident security reports
- De-escalate conflicts and conduct sanctioned lawful arrests

Requirements:

- Valid Security Guard License and First Aid/CPR
- At least one year of relevant security experience
- Strong written, verbal, observational, and situational awareness skills
- Knowledge of TPA, Canada Criminal Code, and 494(c)
- Ability to stand or patrol for up to 12 hours
