This position supports TD's Personal & Commercial Banking business at the branch frontline. You will understand customer needs, provide information and advice, and create positive experiences through accurate service. The role requires a high school diploma or relevant experience, customer experience skills, and MS Office knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
- Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions

Requirements:

- High school diploma and/or one-plus years of relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
- Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
- Hands-on knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
- Calm, courteous, accurate, and effective communication abilities
