As an Investment Specialist, you will process applications, transactions, trades, and transfer updates for Financial Horizons. The role requires five years of insurance and financial services experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and post-secondary education or equivalent. Knowledge of WealthServ is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scrub received applications while meeting service level agreements
- Contact advisors for missing information or required signatures
- Enter applications and complete trades in WealthServ
- Follow up on transfers and maintain current WealthServ data
- Respond to inquiries and work with carrier websites

Requirements:

- Specialized knowledge of investment products, especially segregated funds
- Minimum five years in insurance and financial services
- Proven experience using Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of WealthServ considered an asset
- Post-secondary education or equivalent
