You will provide patient care for diabetes and endocrine conditions, complete clinical assessments, support investigations, and develop treatment plans under medical directives. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide care for diabetes and endocrine conditions
- Perform assessments, investigations, and symptom management
- Develop follow-up and care transition plans

Requirements:

- New graduate in an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Bachelor's Degree or recognized equivalent
- Current CCPA and/or PA-C certification
