Reporting to the Property Manager, you will complete general repairs, investigate issues, assist improvements, and communicate priorities. Key Responsibilities:

- Complete general building maintenance across commercial properties
- Repair plumbing, drywall, paint, carpentry, and flooring issues
- Investigate leaks and identify practical next steps
