This experienced Accounts Payable Specialist independently manages the complete accounts payable function within a lean finance team. The work includes invoice processing, coding, reconciliations, payment support, and vendor management. Solid accounting fundamentals, problem-solving, and organizational skills support accurate, timely processing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process, code, reconcile, and support payments for invoices
- Manage vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Allocate operating expenses across departments and general ledger accounts

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
