Swick Mining Services is hiring experienced Underground Field Mechanics for Canadian underground diamond drilling operations. You will repair, maintain, and rebuild specialized drilling equipment. The position requires troubleshooting complex systems, reading schematics, and supporting equipment reliability. Field repairs help minimize downtime and maintain production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair underground diamond drilling equipment
- Perform preventative, scheduled, and breakdown maintenance
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, diesel, and mechanical systems




- Complete field repairs to minimize equipment downtime
- Record maintenance work orders and parts usage

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician or equivalent mechanical experience
- Experience maintaining heavy, mining, or underground drilling equipment
- Ability to interpret hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical schematics
- Valid Driver's Licence and solid workplace safety commitment
