Lead guest services at The Josie, using strong communication and organization to support memorable experiences at RED Mountain's luxury ski-in/ski-out resort.

As Guest Services Supervisor, you will lead the Guest Services team while overseeing ski valet, parking, and vehicle retrieval operations. You will support guest requests, provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions, and maintain smooth daily operations. The seasonal position starts November 15, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, support, train, and coach Guest Services associates
- Oversee ski equipment receiving, storage, organization, and retrieval
- Coordinate parking and vehicle retrieval operations safely
- Assist guests with luggage, requests, and special needs




- Address concerns and operational issues professionally

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid organization, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
- Computer literacy; PMS experience considered an asset
- Canadian driver's licence, clean abstract, and reliable transportation
- Availability for holidays, weekends, and extended standing
