Oxford International Halifax Centre is seeking an experienced RN/LPN to coordinate practicum placements for the Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) program. You will develop and sustain partnerships with long-term care, home care, and community partners, ensuring meaningful practicum experiences for CCA students and providing occasional teaching and lab support.

The role requires current NSCN registration, a minimum of six years of nursing experience, and robust organizational and communication
