Key Responsibilities:

- Complete daily janitorial duties across specialized facilities
- Perform minor maintenance and repair activities
- Support preventative maintenance and facility safety
- Coordinate building activities and room setups
- Maintain documentation and respond to tenant inquiries

Requirements:

- High school diploma and three to five years' practical experience
- Building maintenance or facility management training is an asset
- Knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety standards
- Microsoft Office and strong customer service skills
