Pacific Community Resources Society seeks a Volunteer Coordinator for the Pathways to Education ProgramTM. The Coordinator plans, implements, evaluates, and develops programming supporting youth academic and psychosocial needs. The work includes community partnerships, volunteer engagement, and staff supervision across both locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, screen, train, engage, and supervise volunteers
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and supervision of programming staff
- Plan, implement, evaluate, and develop Pathways programming
- Manage budgets, timesheets, expenses,



and volunteer records
- Strengthen community partnerships supporting youth needs

Requirements:

- Two-year diploma or better in Education or related field
- Experience working in educational settings
- Experience supervising staff and diverse personnel simultaneously
- Two years working with diverse youth populations
- Experience facilitating programs and supporting unique educational needs
