Working under Physical and Occupational Therapists, you will contribute to the therapy team within Chronic Medical Care. The program serves adults living with complex disease or life-threatening illness. Patients include adults receiving hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis, and people requiring specialized respiratory support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide therapeutic programming under Physical and Occupational Therapists
- Deliver appropriate interventions supporting safe functional independence
- Help clients work toward their discharge goals




- Contribute to clients' quality of life through therapy services
- Complete other related duties as required

Requirements:

- Graduate from an Accredited Therapy Assistant program
- Previous experience in a therapeutic setting is essential
- Relevant equivalent training or experience may be considered
- Computer experience is preferred
- Availability for regular full-time day shifts
