Habitat for Humanity Thunder Bay seeks an experienced Build Coordinator to oversee residential projects from planning through completion. The work includes procurement, contractor coordination, safety oversight, inspections, and reporting. You will help deliver Habitat homes while supporting partner families and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate residential construction projects from planning through completion
- Maintain schedules, budgets, work plans, and construction records
- Coordinate permits, inspections, engineering, approvals, and compliance
- Manage contractors, trades, materials, tools, and equipment




- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and uphold quality standards

Requirements:

- Construction-related diploma, degree, certificate, or trades designation
- Three to five years of residential construction or project experience
- Experience with scheduling, budgeting, procurement, coordination, oversight, and reporting
- Knowledge of residential construction practices and building systems
- Valid Ontario Driver's License and reliable transportation
