Build indigo.ca experiences through site merchandising, promotional content, and search execution as an eCommerce Coordinator at Indigo. Support accurate launches across digital channels.

Reporting to the Manager, eCommerce, this coordinator executes assigned categories and campaigns against the site calendar. The work includes content, promotions, merchandising, SEO metadata, analytics, and French customer experience support. Collaboration spans Merchants, Creative, Editorial, Translation, Digital Production, Digital Product, and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute site merchandising for assigned categories and campaigns
- Build banners, landing pages, and promotional campaign placements
- Maintain search tagging, collections, and promotion builds
- Quality-check links, pricing, imagery, copy,



and mobile views
- Monitor KPIs and flag performance or customer experience issues

Requirements:

- College or university education in business or related field
- Minimum one year of related work experience
- Proficiency with Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and Page Designer
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Solid organization, communication, initiative, and attention to detail
