This supervisory position oversees daily warehouse activities supporting production and customer orders. You will coordinate material handling, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and employee performance. The work requires leadership, organization, communication, and safety focus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise receiving, shipping, inventory control, and material handling
- Schedule warehouse staff and balance workloads efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts
- Coordinate carriers and logistics partners for timely deliveries
- Prepare inventory, shipping, and productivity reports

Requirements:

- College degree, diploma, or equivalent required
- Three to five years of warehouse operations experience
- One to two years in supervisory or leadership roles
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, and Office proficiency
