As a Patient Support Associate, you will serve French-speaking patients primarily while supporting English-speaking patients when needed. You will work with Support, Operations, and CX leadership to deliver personalized telehealth support. Accuracy, clear communication, and patient trust guide your interactions across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to patient requests through email and chat
- Serve as primary contact for French-speaking patients
- Support English-speaking patients as needed
- Navigate customer service platforms and tools

Requirements:

- Minimum one year of customer-facing experience
- Native French and professional English proficiency
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to communication details
