Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this senior-level position handles daily accounting duties and Finance & Accounting administration. You will support accurate invoice and financial-information processing under applicable tax laws, accounting practices, rules, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize invoices and supporting documents for processing
- Perform three-way matching and validate payment authorization
- Verify taxes, discounts, debits, credits, and invoice amounts
- Input invoices using accurate details and GL accounts
- Process assigned vendor payments according to payment terms

Requirements:

- Accounting degree, diploma, equivalent, or relevant qualification
- Minimum one year of accounting experience
- Experience handling large transaction records
- Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency
- Solid organization and analytical reconciliation skills
