SSP Canada Line Cooks receive food orders, prepare dishes, and make products and tools accessible during each shift. This Back of House position supports restaurant operations across the airport portfolio, including White Spot, Okanagan Vintner's Exchange, Ellison Field, Subway, and Tim Hortons. A secure airport workplace requires a Restricted Area Identification Card.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow recipes, portions, garnishes, and presentation standards
- Set up kitchen stations with products, tools, and supplies
- Handle, store, and rotate fresh, dry, and frozen products
- Clean workstations, storage areas,



refrigerators, freezers, and bins
- Take manager instructions and complete shift-end stock checks
