Your future role on our team As the leader of our Mont-Saint-Hilaire office’s Civil and Structural Engineering department, you’ll ensure all the team’s operational needs are met. You’ll be responsible for departmental talent development, performance, technical excellence and sustainable growth. You’ll work closely with project teams in various disciplines and BBA leadership to help your team use resources optimally and achieve the office’s goals.

Technical excellence – Civil and structural engineering for hydropower Provide technical leadership to the Civil and Structural Engineering department in complex hydroelectric infrastructure projects
Support teams on projects involving major hydroelectric structures, including dams, dikes, spillways, intakes, headrace and tailrace canals, penstocks, tunnels, galleries, power plant buildings, equipment foundations, retaining walls, access structures, and other related structures
Promote knowledge sharing and technical coaching
Be a reference point for clients and internal teams to showcase the department’s expertise on high value-added mandates
Talent development Support employee recruitment, onboarding and retention
Help develop skills and the next generation
Prepare and implement succession plans for key positions
Assist department managers with leadership
Business development Support activities aimed at business development and identifying strategic business opportunities
Collaborate with project managers, client
