Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician , you will perform a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks within residential buildings and surrounding areas.

- Diagnose and repair plumbing, heating, and basic electrical issues.
- Repair doors, windows, blinds, switches, plugs, and appliances.
- Replace flooring materials including vinyl, carpet, and ceramic tiles.
- Perform painting, drywall patching, taping, and finishing work.
- Maintain building exteriors and complete basic grounds maintenance.
- Detect defective materials and report maintenance deficiencies.
- Respond to maintenance work orders efficiently.

Candidate Profile

This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in property maintenance , apartment repairs , and technical building services.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance-related role.




- Trade certification or equivalent technical experience.
- Knowledge of repair equipment and hand tools.
- Ability to use smartphones, tablets, and maintenance software.
- Availability for on-call rotational shifts.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
