Clarity is redefining how private companies and their shareholders access liquidity. Through its institutional-grade platform, Clarity brings together buyers, sellers, and issuers to facilitate secondary transactions in venture-backed, pre-IPO companies, introducing efficiency, transparency, and standardization to an otherwise opaque asset class.

Recognized as one of Canada's fastest-growing companies and backed by leading U.S. investors, Clarity is profitable, well-capitalized, and building a high-performance team to meet growing demand and pursue new market opportunities.

We are building something new at Clarity: an internal team dedicated to reimagining how a quick-growing, regulated financial services company operates — using AI not as a buzzword, but as a genuine building material. We are looking for an AI Builder to join this small, high-impact team.

This is not a traditional engineering role, or a traditional product role, or a traditional operations role. It’s all of them and none of them.

You will identify real operational problems across our business: in sales, compliance, legal, trading, and beyond, and build AI-enabled tools and systems that solve them. End to end. From sitting in a room with the people who feel the pain, to shipping a product they use every day.

You will work alongside a senior engineer as part of a small, high-impact team, embedded at the intersection of technology and business. Your work will directly shape how ~180 people work, and your tools will touch every major function at the company.

We care about what you can build, how you think about problems, and whether you have the curiosity and drive to learn fast in a domain (regulated private securities) that will be new to you.

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

- Discovering and diagnosing operational pain points across business functions by embedding with internal teams — Sales & Trading, Legal & Compliance,
