As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide client-centered services across long-term care homes. The role includes clinical evaluations, equipment recommendations, seating and positioning, and documentation. You will educate clients and families while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive evidence-based occupational therapy services
- Complete admission, ADL, seating, and positioning assessments
- Identify equipment needs and initiate recommendations
- Coordinate equipment trials, funding applications, and letters




- Educate clients and families on adaptive aids and safety

Requirements:

- Registration in positive standing with provincial occupational therapy college
- One to three years of occupational therapy experience
- Knowledge of occupational therapy standards, modalities, and scope
- ADP Authorized Certification
- Vulnerable Sector check and current Tuberculin clearance
