Build Camera IP implementation skills with Qualcomm in Vancouver, working across RTL integration, physical design, and ASIC flows.
This interim engineering internship supports Qualcomm’s Spectra Camera team delivering Camera cores to Snapdragon SoCs. You will contribute to front-end implementation, collaborate with Camera development and physical design teams, and support tape-outs. The work includes synthesis, timing analysis, verification, scripting, and ECO workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Camera cores from RTL through netlist delivery
- Run synthesis, static timing, and formal verification flows
- Develop constraints and close timing at block and SoC levels
- Generate and verify ECOs for functional and timing fixes
- Automate analysis workflows with scripting
Requirements:
- Study toward a bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science
- Related field accepted, including electrical or computer engineering
- Expected graduation date of November 2028 or later
- Availability from May or June 2027 through August or September 2028
- Understanding of ASIC design flow and deep-submicron challenges
Develop RTL-to-GDS2, low-power verification, timing, and scripting expertise within Qualcomm’s Spectra Camera team.
