The Tenant Insurance Advisor serves as the go-to specialist for hundreds of renters across Canada each week, guiding them through securing and managing their essential tenant insurance policies.

You will own the client experience from start to finish, working directly within insurer portals to issue new policies and update existing coverage, quickly mastering the tools of the trade. You'll handle urgent, time-sensitive inquiries via chat, email, and phone, ensuring fast, compliant, and accurate policy delivery.

Most importantly,



you will be the Voice of the Customer. The Tenant Insurance Advisor will identify pain points, suggest workflow improvements, and collaborate with internal teams to boost automation, efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction. Your insights will directly shape our future operations.

Customer Support

- Respond promptly to all tenant insurance calls and emails, ensuring qualified service and clear post-interaction documentation.
- Own the daily workflow, triaging and prioritizing incoming requests across all channels (phone, email, chat) to keep queues organized and under control.
- Empower customers to use our online self-service tools, and when necessary, securely process sensitive
