As Housekeeping Supervisor, you maintain guest rooms and public areas while handling requests promptly and courteously. You liaise with housekeeping staff, management, and guests, using Opera PMS for room status updates and lost-and-found tracking. The position includes training staff on procedures, amenities, supplies, and safety protocols. You also support VIP room requirements, linen management, maintenance requests, and housekeeping operations during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect rooms and uphold cleanliness and quality standards
- Direct, prioritize, motivate, and train housekeeping staff




- Update room statuses and track lost-and-found items
- Manage linen inventory and coordinate with Front Desk
- Respond courteously to guest requests and concerns

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of hotel housekeeping experience
- Valuable English communication skills; additional languages are assets
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols
- Basic computer skills for reporting and communication
- Flexibility for varying shifts, weekends, and holidays
