Topa is looking for a motivated Security Supervisor to join our team in Rocanville. The successful candidate will provide hands-on leadership and operational oversight for the Security team at Nutrien while supporting a safe, professional, and service-focused setting.

Position Title: Security Supervisor

Location: Rocanville – Nutrien

Hours: Monday – Thursday (12 hour shifts)

Start Date:Immediate

Closing:Position will remain open until a successful candidate is hired

Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and support to Security Personnel
- Coordinate shift coverage, work assignments, breaks, and schedule changes
- Conduct shift briefings and ensure effective communication between team members, site contacts, and management
- Monitor staff performance, coach team members, and address operational concerns promptly
- Ensure employees follow site procedures, post orders, safety requirements, and applicable regulations
- Manage access cards through the security computer system
- Oversee camera surveillance, access gates, parking lots, and visitor registration
- Monitor the telephone,
