Corporate Accounts Receivable Administrator

Salary Range: $46,000.00 To $50,000.00 Annually

We are seeking a full time Corporate Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our Head Office in Winnipeg. The Corporate Accounts Receivable Administrator will be responsible for all Accounts Receivable functions, such as maintenance of customer accounts, including processing of credit applications, customer payments, and the posting of adjustments to accounts. The individual will also assist with various credit-related functions and is responsible for a wide variety of duties including but not limited to this job description.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

Duties include but are not limited to. ..

- Complete the day-to-day A/R functions including:
- Posting of deposits
- Processing of customer credit applications
- Customer file maintenance
- Customer statements

- Data entry to set up and maintain customer accounts
- In conjunction with the Credit Specialist, review and approve recent
