Support purchasing and material planning at Eclipse Automation as a full-time Supply Chain Coordinator Co-op in Cambridge, Ontario, working on-site.

Reporting to the Supply Chain team, you will coordinate scheduling, suppliers, and production materials for custom automated manufacturing solutions. The work involves MRP functionality, cost reduction, engineering changes, and cross-functional communication with project management, manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Release direct material purchases using MRP functionality
- Maintain production requirements while limiting on-hand inventories
- Escalate supply constraints and support continuity of supply
- Develop supplier relationships and implement cost reduction strategies




- Manage engineering changes, reverse logistics, and daily dashboard metrics

Requirements:

- Enrollment in supply chain, materials, business, or operations studies
- Required co-op or work term through a post-secondary program
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- MRP or ERP experience considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
