The Senior Parking Manager assists the Operations Manager across facility operations, staff management, revenue control, safety, and client relations. The position supports hiring, scheduling, training, reporting, maintenance, and guest concerns. Success requires parking management experience, leadership, client relationship management, and operational financial analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise location staff through delegation, coaching, and performance monitoring
- Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training new employees
- Maintain client relationships and respond to client requests
- Monitor facility maintenance,



cleanliness, safety, and project completion
- Supervise ticket inventory, cash flow, reports, and audits

Requirements:

- Minimum two years leadership experience in parking management
- Robust customer service and client satisfaction focus
- Proficiency in location, profit and loss analysis
- Experience in revenue generation and direct marketing
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and clean driving record
