No automotive sales experience? No problem Sales experience in any industry is an asset. We’re willing to train the right candidate who has the right attitude and a strong desire to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up with leads.
- Help customers choose vehicles that suit their needs and budgets.
- Present vehicles, arrange test drives, and explain vehicle features.
- Build relationships with customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Negotiate professionally and work toward monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow dealership procedures.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience from the first inquiry to vehicle delivery.





What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivation, confidence, and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace.
- Sales experience in automotive, retail, hospitality, or another industry is an asset.
- Valid driver’s licence and eligibility to meet applicable dealership requirements.
