Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client in York Region, ON is actively looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and verify invoice data captured through OCR technology, ensuring accuracy and correcting discrepancies as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve OCR exceptions by improving field recognition and supporting continuous process optimization.
- Prepare, scan, and index paper invoices while assisting vendors with the transition to electronic invoice submission.
- Perform vendor statement reconciliations and proactively identify, investigate, and obtain missing invoices.
- Manage the Accounts Payable inbox, responding to internal and external inquiries in a timely and skilled manner.
- Maintain accurate vendor master records, including updates to addresses,
