The Lead
- Retail Operations is responsible for driving operational excellence across all store teams to deliver an exceptional Atlas Experience.



This role leads the retail operations team to uphold high merchandising standards, optimize inventory management, and ensure seamless execution of in-store events and promotions. The lead acts as the primary point of contact for store operations, mentoring team members, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This position requires a leader who thrives in a rapid-paced environment, embraces challenges, and is passionate about developing people and processes to achieve continuous improvement.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Retail Operations.

Working with the retail operations team, ensure that receiving and shipping to the Distribution Centre is completed in a timely manner.

Support the Retail store team with merchandising and other day-to-day activities. Assist with purchase orders and product
