The Manager supports regional onboarding across Latin America and the Caribbean. This role coordinates standardized KYC reviews, regulatory requirements, stakeholder assessments, and onboarding transparency. It works with AML, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Business, Operations, and country teams on complex clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the KYC workstream within the regional onboarding model
- Implement onboarding standards while addressing local regulatory requirements
- Review beneficial ownership, tax status, screening, and risk indicators
- Coordinate KYC, Risk, and Compliance assessments with documentation workstreams
- Manage escalations,



approvals, and exceptions for complex clients

Requirements:

- Experience in KYC, AML, due diligence, or onboarding
- Knowledge of AML/ATF, sanctions, FATCA/CRS, and beneficial ownership
- Experience with complex corporate or institutional clients preferred
- Solid stakeholder management across Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Business
- English and Spanish bilingual ability preferred; Portuguese is an asset
