Veolia seeks a Senior Bid Manager for its Water Technology Business. You will guide proposal teams through qualification, strategy, pricing, submission, negotiation, and project handover. The work requires industrial water treatment experience, robust organization, and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead bid teams across engineering, sourcing, contracts, and related functions
- Drive proposal development from RFP planning through final submission
- Develop schedules, responsibilities, compliance reviews, and proposal strategies
- Structure technical and commercial solutions, pricing, and execution models




- Present to leadership and support client negotiations

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years in industrial water proposal, applications, or project management
- Direct UPW, high-purity water, or semiconductor systems experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Experience managing complex, multi-volume proposals and business risks
- English fluency with strong communication and organizational skills
