As Regional HSS&E; Director, you will advise Asset Management and portfolio companies across geographically dispersed, high-risk operations. You will guide program implementation, incident investigations, regulatory interpretation, and continuous improvement. The work supports Brookfield HSS&E; standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and advise regional Asset Management teams
- Implement HSS&E; programs across portfolio companies
- Lead due diligence for potential acquisitions
- Coordinate gap analyses and asset condition assessments
- Support audits, investigations, reporting,



and training

Requirements:

- Relevant degree in Health and Safety or related discipline
- Minimum 10+ years of Health and Safety experience
- Knowledge of standards, laws, regulations, and practices
- Experience investigating complex incidents in high-risk environments
- Flexibility to travel globally to operational and construction sites
