The Work

As a User Safety & Risk Operations Agent, you'll investigate, assess, and act on some of the most complex and consequential cases on the platform. Your day-to-day will include:

Content Moderation

- Enforcing platform policies through manual review and AI-assisted moderation systems
- Handling escalated reports of harmful or policy-violating content with accuracy and care
- Reviewing user appeals and making sound, well-documented moderation decisions

Risk & Abuse Prevention

- Detecting and disrupting scams, spam, and coordinated inauthentic behaviour
- Investigating suspicious activity,
