Requirements:

- Minimum two years of retail experience
- Supervisory, sales associate training, and coaching experience
- Knowledge of streetwear, sneakers, products, and current trends
- Strong cognitive, mathematical, decision-making, and financial analysis skills
- Adaptable availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
