Our client , a leading technology solutions provider, is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team based out of their head office in Dartmouth, NS. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multi-million-dollar, multi-system construction projects with large structured cabling, security and low-voltage scopes.
The Senior Project Manager will work alongside other Project Managers, Operations Coordinators, and the Director of Operations to deliver profitable, well-documented projects while ensuring a positive client experience.
What You’ll Do
- Project Delivery: Lead 7-figure and multi-system construction projects from contract award through installation, commissioning, closeout, and warranty.
- Contract Administration: Interpret and administer construction contracts and subcontract agreements, including CCDC/CCA forms, scope,
