This experienced Property Manager oversees office and industrial properties for JLL clients. The work combines portfolio management, budgets, lease administration, building operations, capital projects, and service contracts. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations and maintenance across assigned commercial properties
- Prepare budgets, variance reports, and CAM reconciliations
