As Global Trade Compliance Program Manager, you will report to the Director, Global Trade Compliance & Customs. You will manage enterprise-wide initiatives, optimize processes, and integrate compliance requirements into Husky Technologies systems. Cross-functional collaboration supports Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Finance, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead global compliance initiatives, process optimization, and technology integration
- Implement trade compliance modules within the ERP system
- Establish governance, milestones, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms




- Coordinate stakeholders for consistent global compliance deployment
- Translate regulations into actionable processes and internal controls

Requirements:

- 10+ years in global trade compliance
- Experience with export controls, customs, sanctions, and trade agreements
- Understanding of United States, European Union, and Canadian laws
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- Experience managing multinational trade compliance or ERP projects
