Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and document medium to large workflow automation requests
- Define solution specifications with business and technical partners
- Triage enhancement requests and determine business-value priorities
- Support quality assurance strategies, testing,



and defect management
- Ensure projects meet organizational standards and audit controls

Requirements:

- Five to eight years of Business Systems Analyst experience
- At least two years in insurance or financial services
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
- Experience writing requirements, use cases, and process flows
- Working knowledge of SQL, DB2, C#, .Net, or APIs
