International collaboration supports this global community leadership position. As Senior Community Developer, you will lead strategies that support player retention inside and outside Ubisoft games. You will establish communities, guide communication plans, and maintain best practices across distributed international teams. The work connects Production, Publishing, marketing, social media, and live teams. Key Responsibilities:
