Support daily production while maintaining accountable work practices. The Walking Boss supervises day-to-day underground drilling activities and serves as the primary leader for assigned crews. This position requires leadership, communication, problem-solving, and operational planning skills. Responsibilities include safety compliance, resource coordination, inspections, crew development, equipment monitoring, reporting, and client communication. Key Responsibilities:
