Lead accounting and investment delivery at Family Innovation Corp. as a hands-on Working Manager supporting complex private-company portfolios. Work closely with the Controller of the Family Office across accounting, investment, and compliance work. Review team files, coordinate workflows, prepare complex records, and resolve issues involving investments, loans, ownership structures, and related-party transactions. This permanent, full time role requires at least six years of progressive accounting experience. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review recurring accounting records and financial statements Complete complex investment and intercompany accounting work Provide first-level review notes and resolve outstanding matters Own workflow, assignments, deadlines, filings,



and client deliverables Report portfolio status, capacity, risks, and escalations Requirements:

At least six years of progressive accounting experience Strong private-company reporting and full-cycle accounting experience Advanced Excel skills across multiple systems and entities Experience reviewing others and coordinating multiple files Clear communication, sound judgment, and strong documentation habits Bring hands-on accounting leadership, investment knowledge, workflow ownership, and accurate review to Family Innovation Corp.’s portfolio.
