As an Associate Director, you will advise investor-owned utilities and energy providers through problem definition, solution design, and implementation. Your work may span decarbonization strategy, grid modernization, integrated system planning, and AI and data analytics. You will guide teams and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic consulting engagements from definition through implementation
- Develop client-ready insights through research, analysis, and modeling
- Manage teams, deliverables, timelines, and collaboration
- Support proposals, pitches,



and account growth strategies
- Mentor junior consultants across Guidehouse practice areas

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree and seven-plus years of relevant experience
- Or master’s degree and five-plus years of relevant experience
- Energy or utilities consulting experience, excluding oil and gas
- Understanding of utility models, regulations, and transformation drivers
- Ability to travel and work hybrid with clients
