Key Responsibilities
Lead the firm’s proposal strategy and oversee high-profile pitches and competitive opportunities from initial assessment through final submission. Partner closely with lawyers and senior business professionals to develop compelling, differentiated proposals that clearly communicate the firm’s value to prospective and existing clients. Coordinate complex, time-sensitive submissions involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring teams remain aligned and deliverables meet the highest standards. Use proposal results, win rates, and feedback to identify trends and continuously strengthen the firm’s approach to pitches and competitive opportunities. Lead and develop a team of proposal professionals, providing guidance, coaching,



and support while fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.

Qualifications:
7+ years of proposal management experience, ideally within a law firm or qualified services environment, including at least 2 years of people leadership experience. Demonstrated experience leading complex, high-value proposals and developing winning pitch and proposal strategies. Exceptional writing, editing, visual design, project management, and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and proposal management tools. Competitive salary with bonus potential.
