This role is based in Gusto office locations with designated in-office days. As a seasoned Software Engineer, you will guide projects from feature specifications through implementation and maintenance. You will help build Gusto’s Tax platform, simplify complex systems, and support payroll tax experiences for millions of people. The work spans Ruby, Rails, TypeScript, React, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
